Privacy policy

KickOrKiss is a dating game operated by Lumora Build. This page says what we store, why, and how to make it stop — in plain words, because a privacy policy you cannot read is not a policy.
What we store
- Your account — sign-in happens through the shared Lumora account service (id.lumorabuild.com). We receive your account ID and email address from it; your password never touches KickOrKiss.
- Your card — the profile you build: display name, one-liner, age, gender, what you're looking for, interests, and your city (picked from our city list).
- Your photos — up to 10, stored on Cloudflare R2. Photos are resized in your browser before upload, which strips embedded metadata such as GPS coordinates. We store the picture, not where you took it.
- Your gameplay — kicks, kisses, power-up purchases, your reputation score, and your matches (a match is simply two mutual kisses).
- Your chats — messages with your matches, read receipts, and short-lived typing signals. Blocks and reports you file are stored so they keep working.
What we deliberately do not do
- We do not sell your data. Nobody is buying your kisses.
- We do not read your GPS. Location is only the city you picked yourself.
- We do not show your email, exact age list, or swipe history to other players — they see your card and your public reputation score.
Cookies
The game uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and a player cookie so an anonymous visit isn't lost when you sign in. This marketing site uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand usage in aggregate — standard analytics cookies apply here. The game itself currently sets only its own cookies; if analytics is ever added there, this page will say so.
Where it lives
Everything runs on Cloudflare's edge network — Workers, D1 and R2. Credits and billing are handled by the shared Lumora account service; KickOrKiss itself never sees a card number.
Who can play
KickOrKiss is for adults only. Profiles must state an age between 18 and 99, and ages outside that range are rejected outright rather than rounded into it.
Your controls
- Edit or remove your photos and profile details any time from the Profile tab.
- Reset your swipes from Settings — this also dissolves your matches, since matches are made of swipes.
- Block, report, or kick anyone out of a chat — these controls always work.
- Want your data gone entirely? Email us and we will delete your KickOrKiss data. Your shared Lumora account is managed at id.lumorabuild.com/account.
