Terms of play

KickOrKiss is a dating game operated by Lumora Build. Playing means you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose — read them.

1. Who can play

Adults only: you must be at least 18 years old. You get one account, it must be about you, and the photos must be of you. Impersonating someone else gets your card removed.

2. How to behave

• Kicks and kisses are the game. Harassment is not — no abuse, threats, hate, or sexual content without consent.
• No scams, spam, solicitation, or advertising through profiles or chat.
• No fake profiles, no bots, no automation. One human, one card.
• Respect a block. It is symmetric and final — they vanish for good, both ways.

Reports are stored for review, and we may remove content, suspend, or permanently remove accounts that break these rules. That is the real-life Super Kick, and it does not cost us a credit.

3. Credits and power-ups

Optional power-ups (Kick Shield, Kiss Bomb, Super Kick) are paid with Lumora credits — a shared balance across Lumora products, managed at id.lumorabuild.com/account. Credits and power-ups are virtual items: they are not money, cannot be transferred or cashed out, and expire with your account. If a purchase fails on our side, the charge is automatically refunded to your balance.

4. Reputation and matches

Your reputation score moves with the kicks and kisses your card receives; that is the game working as designed, not a defect. Matches are derived from mutual kisses — if a kiss is withdrawn, by a swipe reset or a kick-out, the match and its chat end for both sides.

5. Your content

You own your photos and words. By posting them you give us the licence needed to show them inside the game to other players. Delete them and they leave the game; backups fade on their own schedule.

6. The honest disclaimers

KickOrKiss is provided as-is, without warranty of matches, chemistry, or good taste in other players. We are not liable for what players say or do — meet strangers the smart way: public place, own transport, a friend who knows where you are. We may change or discontinue features; if we ever discontinue the whole game, we will say so on this site first.
